Wills and Probate – I can assist you in handling your final affairs by drafting a simple will or advance directive, and by probating your estate.

General Matters – I can assist with expungment of criminal records, represent you in minor criminal matters, tax issues before either the IRS or the U.S. Tax Court, consumer complaints, residential real estate transactions, and traffic violations.

Military Services – I can represent you as a disabled veteran before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, or if on active duty, before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
